Your evening begins in the Under-Study Culinary Lab with a 45-minute interactive cooking demonstration led by the PRESS culinary team. Enjoy a welcome glass of Dom Pérignon and chef-curated canapés as you explore one of our rotating culinary experiences, each showcasing signature techniques, seasonal ingredients, and dishes inspired by the PRESS menu.
Following the demonstration, continue the experience with a thoughtfully curated three-course dinner in Under-Study, featuring the dish highlighted during that evening’s class alongside a selection of guest favorites from the PRESS culinary team.
For guests looking to further enhance their experience, optional additions such as Westholme Wagyu and curated wine pairings will be available, alongside access to our full cocktail and wine selections.
